johnlambert
Talking of birthday presents, this was mine for my b-day on Saturday. Borrowed, not bought, sadly; I did about 300 miles from Friday morning to Monday afternoon; I know a Porsche Boxster isn't that special compared to most "spots" on here but it's a very impressive car.

MR2Don
Chelmsford today. Coming out of a side road as we were driving past, so can't give detail, but a Triumph 2000 or 2.5, nicely finished in a bright blue. I'm going to keep my eye open, might see it again.

Spiny
Went for a walk today and lurking on a drive was a J-reg Astra GTE. Haven't seen one of those for ages - I thought they'd all been stolen.

Weird thing was I got it back every time, the toerags never torched it! Traded it in for a Belmont SRi which was never touched, guess they all turned their noses up at nicking an Astra with a boot! Strange thing was that whilst it wasn't as fast as the GTE it handled better and was more enjoyable to drive - guess it must have been better balanced.... Max Headroom
First trip back to Liverpool in months and driving along The Strand at Pier Head I saw this Arriva bus in a retro Merseyside Passenger Transport Executive (MPTE) livery. Photo source Wikipedia Commons A much smarter livery than the insipid Blue/Cotswold Stone Arriva uses now. For those interested, the colour of the ‘Merseyside Transport‘ logo was different for each garage. Brown (I think) was the northern division. Blue was definitely Wirral. Veltro
1976 Maserati Khamsin in red went past me in Salisbury earlier. I think they were rare even when they were in production. Didn't have time to get a shot of it I'm sorry to say 🥴 Edited July 16, 2020 by Veltro

Muddyf
Saw a ‘Carlsson’ that, frankly, confused me. I’m assuming it was a coach build conversion job. No pic, as I was driving. Best described as the lovechild of a 6th Gen Honda Civic hatchback (front) and a generic estate (rear).
roymattblack
These were a while ago. I was invited to the Lister factory to get details, pictures and plans of the cars for a scratch build project... A great day. About 200 pics in all. MR2Don
Chelmsford this morning. Gorgeous looking VW Kharman Ghia convertible. Coming out of a side road, so not much detail seen, but it was in a greyish blue colour, with alloy wheels. The street is a cul-de-sac near where I live, so might pop round sometime and see if it sits outside.
