Painting rubber tracks (Master Box)

Time to paint the Master By x tanks, but it’s the first time in years I’ve painted rubber tracks (resin ones would be too expense be for 12 tanks).

 

Any tips? Primers? I remember using OV A as a primer years ago, wondered if Stynlres would work?

by rubber do you mean vinyl? Sorry if not. I don’t have the kit so cannot say myself! 😊

Yeah, it's probably PVC, I was using 'rubber' as a euphemism. Soft plastic tracks in the classic 'Airfix' style

Ok . I have been looking around but cannot find any definitive solution.... doesn’t mean to say that there aren’t many though! Cheers

Wash the parts in soapy water and use acrylic paints.
