We used to do a peer vote, but there was to much favoritism, so after a lot of back and forth arguing we went with the method used by most IPMS's. I found out the Huey is with the artist now, so I guess the ownership issue was settled. He still has a connection to the Lighthorse Legacy. Guess they came to an understanding.
