Exkiwiforces
Does anyone here have any knowledge of what colour or colours were of the British Depth Charge and Depth Charge Thrower? As I’m building two L Class Destroyers while I’m Hospital atm.
Modelholic
DC throwers would be the same colour as the superstructure vertical surfaces depending on what camouflage (if any) was applied. I'd imagine the actual DCs would be painted in whatever grey was the base for whichever theater (home fleet, mediterranean, etc). GrantGoodale
My father was RCNVR 1942 - 1945 and he said that they just painted them whatever colour they were using to paint the upper works. HTH

GrantGoodale
Mine was commissioning crew on HMCS Preserver and then on HMCS Annapolis (ex USS Mackenzie). They were indeed the greatest generation.
