IanC
Interesting markings and paint scheme. And the camouflage works quite well on your work bench!

Thanks, you can't beat the Airfix starter kits fot value for money and the H Model decals are excellent for use and subject matter.
Sky Keg
Great results Neil!!!!! I`ve never seen a Zero in that type of paint scheme and I like it. Not only does your`s look great, but it would stand out within a group of Zeros. Again........very impressive!!!!!

Putty Animal
Nice! The finish looks superb, and its a far cry from the old Airfix Zero I built about 40 years ago. Mind you, the planespotter in me wants to say it is an A6M2
opus999
This one is really terrific too! I really like the color you used on the cowl.

jean
Hi, very well done! I love the camo and your build is spotless! I think too, like @Putty Animal that this is an A6M2. The A6M3, if my deficient memory still works, should have "square" wing tips. But semantics notwithstanding, it is still a great build! Graham Boak
The Airfix Zero is indeed an A6M2, Model 21. You are thinking of the early A6M3 Model 32, which did indeed have squarer wing tips on a shorter span, but the later A6M3 Model 22 went back to the original wing after complaints from the users.
k5054nz
I was going to ask if this was a Type 22 with Type 21 cowling, I see I've been beaten to it!
