There are other compilations i suppose it's their own choice but some of the others are 30min's and more long so i thought i'd post this one...

This one's still a belter...

Vince,

I confess I hadn't looked at the sources. Thanks for pointing that out, and I agree with you, Luton Airport is a belter.

I love the loo on her face after she says it!

Bullitt one of the best films of this type around despite it's age.

The cameo for me & I delight in watching it every time it comes up is.

Justin Tarr who plays the informant Eddy.  Just a brilliant cameo.

No movies just a picture. Sorry. But it is on the full movie.

Think I will watch again tonight. 6th time.

Great film Mr T,your Ferris Wheel reminded me of this....

1941 received some terrible reviews, and I don’t think it’s much thought of now, but I thought it was a great film then and now.

Thanks for the reminder!

The films age is everything Laurie (the older they are the better they are),cars were limitless then so there was no need for pointless and needless CGI and stunt drivers earned a living....The film American Graffiti, the race at Paradise Road,Falfa's Chevy was an unused stunt car from Two Lane Blacktop (ask someone to wreck a Tri Chevy these days and watch them burst into tears)...

For our overseas readers, Blue Peter was (and still is) a children’s tv programme and this line up of John Noakes, Peter Purvis and Valerie Singleton is the definitive line up.

Great scene from a great film:

Could not agree more. The first part of Lean's film is out of this world.

Saw the film in London when it first came out. The cinema had the first wide screen & it was very wide

On TV it has been shortened.

The cinema was wired up with 6 sound tracks. Just incredible.

The best scene is in the desert among the mountains where Lawrence meets Omar Sheriff .

The music by Maurice Jarre the Frenchman is just out of this world. The sound track effects just something else..

Unfortunately the second half of the film, after the icecreams, was not as effective.

Peter O'Toole was just magnificent.
