Recently went on a cruise to Asia and whilst at Langkawi we woke up to find our ship surrounded by warships

Below is a selection of photos and I have some more if there is interest

The only one that I know is the Australian HMS Diamantina which has the name on side

Hope they are of interest

Hi Cherry.  (Using Google as your friend)  The "KD Tunku Abdul Rahman"  is a 'Scorpene' class diesel electric attack submarine of the Royal Malaysian Navy.

Robin. (who knows very little about 'floaty' things.

It's the ROKS Soyang according to Wikipedia's page about the Expo: LINK.

The Japanese destroyer is actually the JS Asagiri - she had been re-rated as a training ship in 2005 but was reclassified as a DD in 2012.

That makes sense.  I hadn't thought about ROK.

I don't for one minute know why I typed KASHIMA or even where I got it from!  They're not even the same class and I had a picture of ASAGIRI on my 2nd screen as I was posting that so thanks for correcting my blunder.
