This is my first post in the forums and I wanted to just say..... wow. wow. wow!

This is amazing. Its what I inspire to do. As others have touched on you have managed to create an amazing atmosphere and tell a story with just a small diorama.

(I'm thinking he has to pass this every day on his way to and from his town and is still saddened by it each time. A reminder of tough times.)

The paintjob is just superb and the mud and weathering you have absolutely 'nailed it' ( that's just another manner of speech btw :

Can I ask where you got the miniature of the man with bicycle? Just out of curiosity. It's really nice.

Again, well done. Can't wait to see more of your work.

That is an amazingly well done diorama!

Superb figure, AFV, and base!!

As others have said it really conveys the emotion of the subject in a difficult time in Chinese history.

Many people are good at modeling machines

and there are many who are good with figure modeling

but it is seldom that you see see someone who is really good at both.

Excellent!

the interface with figure & machine is exceptionally well done. does not appear to be two separate elements, but rather the bicycle would fall over if he let  go.

judging by the worn look of the Professor, he would fall if the bike failed, as it is all he has to cling . . .

well done on all counts.
