bad edd
Hi! I have finished a little 1/72 Yak-1 from Brengun. Also a small figure of Lydia Litvyak, from a Zvezda set. Hope you like it :

pizzapaolo
Love it, don't see many Yak 1's and definitely don't see many Lydia figures in 1/72!! Great to see.

Sturmovik
Are the decals from the kit or are they aftermarket? Great looking aircraft.
Learstang
Beautiful job on the Yak-1 and the figure! A nice tribute to a brave young woman. I have that kit - did you have problems with the etched metal fuel tank covers and the flaps (it certainly doesn't look like you did)? The colours look nice - what did you use? bad edd
Thank you for your kind words, I have used Gunze H303 and H77 for green and black, and Mr.Paint AMT-7 for the undersides. The star decals are from the box, the yellow 44 is from the older Amodel Yak-1 Kit. I think our colleague Dragan made a decal sheet some years ago, that included Litvyak's Yak-1 :
Tbolt
Very nice, love the finish and that's some great figure painting in 1/72nd scale.
