Dieter
Hello fellow modellers! Here is my interpretation of the Trabant Universal. Chassis is nearly finished, pictures of the body will follow. It is a little bit beaten up and dirty, but the engine is still in good shape Thanks for having a look! Dieter

Roman Schilhart
Good job on the leather seats, the weathering/staining looks convincing! Done with the AK weathering products, I assume? Those fog lights with loose wires are well done, too!

Then added some dry pigment with semi-hard brush.
Spiny
It's a nice kit is this one, and good to see someone else having fun with it. You're doing a good job of this one. I think your Trabi is at the opposite end of it's life cycle to mine though! Just as a heads up though - make sure you get the boot floor (which covers the spare wheel) installed before you fit the body and not after as the instructions show. That's assuming your boot floor hasn't got lost during the car's life...

Dieter
Update: finished the trim on the left side, some black painting on the top is missing.
Spiny
It's looking good. I must admit that when I built mine I was dreading doing the rubber strip on the trim, but with a bit of masking tape on each side it went surprisingly well. I hope your black paint goes on as easily too.
Dieter
I was not in the right mood to do the trims, so I decided to finish the trunk. The light is not the best, but i think you get the idea.
