It looks lower than the sidewinder rail but looks to be a white pod. Or is it a practice bomb dispenser on one of the pylons ? Its got a weird optical illusion because of all the white paint. It's a SUU-20 practice bomb dispenser on the wing pylon. The image is slightly over-exposed; the forward portion of the white pod disappears against the white fuselage. Here's a better view...
