JackG
The regulation size was to be a height of 3-1/2 inches. https://www.canadiansoldiers.com/vehicles/markings/vehiclemarkings.htm There were various styles, so you would have to look at photo examples when possible, if not the exact vehicle try unit it belonged to. Possible fonts to try are a few of the RAF/RCAF linked here http://hans.presto.tripod.com/fonts/stencil5.html Some styles can be more like a stencil or fancy. These latter I find are not exact, and might require some manipulation when using something downloaded as a free font. A couple I can suggest are these, but as said they aren't exact, and you may find something better in your own searches: https://www.dafont.com/mailart-rubberstamp.font?text=CT+2415879 https://www.dafont.com/bundy-yellow.font regards, Jack
Graham Boak
For 1/72/76 kits, Mike Starmer does sets which might save you some effort, or at least give you a guide to appearance, although as always you ideally need a photo. I don't know where it includes any Canadian options.

SleeperService
I started looking into this a while back but it faded away... The 'fancy' lettering mentioned was a result of most British AFVs being built by Railway Locomotive and Wagon companies belonging to the different railway companies. They used their standard stencils for quite some time until standardisation was achieved. So you'll find railway fonts for LNER, LMS, GWR, Southern Railway may cover what you need. All the old railway companies had been merged into these 'Big Four' in 1923, the older styles were long replaced by the end of the 30s when AFV production was started. JackG
If you are looking for some generic numbers in 1/35, Ultracast has some small sets: https://www.ultracast.ca/1-35-Canadian-Decals-s/952.htm With some reservation, there is Decalcomaniacs sheet. They only sell through ebay, but my hesitation is due to the quality of printing as my sample has quite visible dot screens. The numbers though are fine since they are just a solid white. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1-35-Decalcomaniacs-Commonwealth-Armies-2-Canada/381840850289?hash=item58e77cfd71:g:bi8AAOxykmZTN1YL regards, Jack
