Pz III/IV Hummel, with scratch built trees

Looks good.  What did you use for the foliage on the trees?

I wanted something that would stretch between the branches (i.e. on a nylon mesh).

I know Woodland Scenics used to have something that would do ... but couldn't work out if they sill do, so ...

 

I used TP (Tasma Products) foliage clusters - a different green for each tree.  Both trees were then lightly sprayed with scenic glue followed by a mix of the FW inks I'd used on the grass.

 

TP is harder than, say, Woodland Scenics, and does shed leaves.  Really! Think autumn fall, I have a tub of the stuff that I swept up after, so be warned.  There is still some leaves left in the grass under the birch.
