bar side
I remember years ago seeing a nice A-7 at a Mildenhall airshow. She wasn’t navy and had a cool camo scheme. So when I saw an ESCI kit come up cheap online I couldn’t help looking back at photos of the old airfetes. And I found this Then I found some decals for that very airframe, so the decision was made. The ESCI kit is an A-7E navy bird, but included the ANG A-7D parts including the boom refuelling receptacle. So this is how she turned out Really wanted to get her outside in the sun with some shadow but the weather isn’t playing ball. Thanks for looking

exdraken
Very nice Corsair II They look good in camo! My bet was on a Greek one, but this ANG one is great as well! Edited March 17, 2019 by exdraken

Roger Newsome
It might be an old kit but it certainly looks the part. I have the 1/72 Hobby Boss A7-D which includes decals for "Scrappy" in the stash specifically to build it. I'm feeling inspired, the trouble is I'm inspired by just about everything I see on BM. 😀
bar side
Cheers guys. @exdraken I remember the Greek ones, but I think they were mainly 2 seaters. @Roger Newsome I couldn’t quite believe that Scrappy was so well known. Must have been an air show regular
