Northstar models

I am considering ordering some resin kits from Combrig from this retailer. However, there is some negative feedback on Ebay regarding delivery times and even not receiving the item at all. 

 

Anyone have any experience with Northstar Models?

IIRC when I ordered from them some time back things weren't quick, but overall it worked.

If you're concerned about ordering from Northstar, Starling Models also carry the Combrig range and I've had nothing but excellent service from Mike.

I will second this statement. Mike at Starling has been brilliant for all my orders.

 

As for North Star, I did order a lot of etch from them direct about 2-3 years ago, and they took about four to five weeks to arrive, but they did safe and sound. I would go with Starling just now though.

I bought a new release kit from NorthStar last year, which arrived safely.  It took a little longer at the time, as the Ukraine had that big hacking problem with their postal service that was beyond their control.  However NS was very good with guaranteeing a replacement if it did not show up, despite me not paying for insurance.
