Hockeyboy76 Posted March 10, 2019 Share Posted March 10, 2019 (edited) For my first build in the GB, I will be building the other EA-6B Prowler from the two boxing set that @nimrod54 kindly sent me, after completing his in the Grumman GB. Shouldnt take too long to build, there’s only 2 stages in the instructions Just have a couple of build to complete in the Trainers GB before I get cracking. Especially seeing the lat squadron these has retired from service with the Marines. Thee's a great video in this piece, actually the website itself is pretty awesome. I have been doing some serious research, as in I have taken the kit out of the box quite a few times, looked at Nimrod54s build and a few pics on the internet, trying to decide on how much I can add. Not entirely accurate but visually appealing. As John (@nimrod54) can confirm, the front cockpit detail in the Prowler is none existent, not even a decal. Off to the spares box again and I cut up a spare missile, drilled it out and made the right seaters periscope doo dad. Love working in 144 scale. Off to rest the old peepers. Just noticed that Revells instructions have you fit the Harm pylons backwards and also the wingtip rails are too long for the ECM doo dads.
