The manufacturer states that this kit belongs to an earlier production batch, and now they have switched to a different resin. Some rascal of those who hang out around the hangars stole the caps for the filling of fuel and oil, so the plane can't be flown. Bummer. The rascals may return the caps when the replacement vinyl framing for the canopy arrives, to replace the one in this kit that may have been degraded or dried out.
