Superb and well done with the decaling.

Thank you Jabba - Much appreciated

Apologies for such a delayed response. I've been on leave and managed to do everything other than any modelling. Hoping to pick up some pace next week to ensure it's complete before the deadline!!

Conscious that a deadline is not too far away, I thought I'd crack on with the build. I removed all the tape and to my horror, the glass had been 'eaten' by something (first picture). Not a clue how it happened but needless to say I was a tad miffed (polite version). Anyhow, After an hour with different grades of cloth, the worst is out and the result goes toward the 'Operational' look I'm after (second picture)

Feeling quite chuffed with myself, I complete the rotors (dry fitted into the fuselage) and am now on the home straight.

Hi Nigel. That really is looking superb and, as the others above have already mentioned, you did a great job with the glazing reapair. Looking forward to seeing it finished and in the gallery! :poke:

Kind regards,

Stix

Excellent work Nigel.

Brilliant recovery on the glazing, you would never know there had been an issue.

You really are on the home straight now mate, I look forward to seeing her in the gallery before too long.

Thanks Craig. Almost there!!!

Well done in recovering the windows. Like the way the blade fold fits. Reminder to self must have a look at mine one.

Cheer’s Jabba.  I tried to follow the sheet that came with the resin. Hoping it goes back the same as the dry fit!!

Right - Enough with the sticks  :punch:  Modelling time is unfortunately a luxury at present  but I have found enough to sort the final bits and bobs; well almost! Just a few lights to paint and attach then she's ready for the gallery
