Israeli F-16A Stabs

From what I can find, at least the first batch of F-16As (Block 5/10) were delivered with the smaller horizontal stabilizers.  At some point, most appear to have received the larger stabs.  My question is, when was that point?  Late 1980s?  1990s?  Am I correct in assuming that all of the aircraft that participated in the Osirak raid would have still had the small stabs, given that they were only delivered a short time prior?  What sources are there for small stabs in 1/72?

Yes.

The best are included in some (but not all..!) boxings of the RoG 2000 tooling. 

 

They first appeared in kit 04363.

From what I can find, it looks like the small stabs are only included in the following Revell releases:

 

F-16 MLU - 4612

F-16A - 4363/64363

F-16C Block 50/52 - 4633

Monogram F-16C - 5309

 

Am I missing any others?

Don't forget the esci F-16, at least the earlier releases.
