Marco F.
Oh yeah A Mike as a kit would be great to get. Good drawings may help for scratchbuilding, though everthing except the front grill Panel are square panels. Years ago I was luckily be able to ride several Mokes during summertimes,it was great fun each mile... Meanwhile there are also some Monster Mokes with Honda V-tec engines on the road, I read in Mini magazines a while ago. A Mike could start a never ending story on this forum...let's pray for a solution Cheers Marco F.

Yeah - it was some muppet trying to misspell my name some years back. I'd like to blame @Martian Hale, but I couldn't say for certain He might have a better memory than me though EDIT: I've switched it off now, so hopefully you won't have to type m o k e anymore 1

TonyTiger66
Moke stuff! Great! I love them. My recent Moke project was restoring a 1960’s Dinky Toys approx 1/43rd Mini Moke. I have another one to do. I’m looking for 1/43rd figure that I can turn into the ‘Prisoner’ and two for female drivers for the Taxis. Then I would like to make a small a diorama set in an unusual Welsh village 😊. All related to taxis in the TV series ‘The Prisoner’, one of my favourite TV series of all time. I look forward to any WIP’s and forthcoming models, please keep us updated 👍. I’m happy to post pictures of the stripped down model from various angles with measurements if this would help anyone? Meanwhile; yes, as mentioned regarding ‘Super Mokes’; over here in Australia Mokes were built with bigger engines. Also in some cases with bigger wheels that didn’t quite fit perfectly under the traditional wing ! Theyre all quite valuable now. I’m probably a bit too rotund to drive and fully enjoy one now, but I would love to try! Meanwhile, someone has restored one of the 1:1 versions. Lucky person! https://www.telegraph.co.uk/cars/classic/mini-moke-prisoner-restored-50-years-starring-tv-series/ Good luck with your scratch build 👍 Best regards TonyT

No faffing around with that (admittedly quite clever) abomination of an engine/gearbox. And there's absolutely no chance that you'll ever have an accident in it! SleeperService
Many years ago when I was into Minis there was a twin engined Moke at one of the shows. Everybody was just asking Why?

bhouse
I found an Australian forum devoted to the Mini Moke. It might be worth posting to see if anyone there has access to plans or drawings... Good luck, Brian
Pete in Lincs
The Moke was also built in Spain There could be a source of information there? 21 hours ago, SleeperService said: Everybody was just asking Why? I believe it was a 4WD version for Army evaluation. Actually I'm surprised that no one has said, oh yes, Airfix magazine May 1974 or something similar.
