andyh Posted February 11, 2019 Share Posted February 11, 2019 Ive just got back into modelling, and while i decide if i want to go and but an airbrush, I use Halfords primer and Halfords spray cans. abat Posted February 12, 2019 Share Posted February 12, 2019 You do need to be careful with Tamiya, and probably other, laquer spray cans. I’ve had Tamiya Matt spray “melt” underlying acrylic paint, no doubt as I’ve put it on too thickly. I now use tamiya clear gloss X-22 from an airbrush.
