zegeye
This will be my entry. Hope I can finishing this on time. This is a full resin kit. I've done some before so I think I can rule with this without major problems.... Edited February 10, 2019 by zegeye

JOCKNEY
Great choice, and as I have a couple of Choroszy Modelbud kits in the stash I look forward to learning how to get the best from them. Cheers Pat
Basilisk
Great to see this build in this GB. Looking forward to see how it all goes together. Cheers, Peter
John Masters
Choroszy Modelbud kits are excellent. I think you'll find this a fun and relatively easy build.
zegeye
Ok, I have started today. I prepared some literature.... But believe or not... there is almost nothing about two seat version. So I decided not to scratch to much. This is definitely not Tamiya kit. But it isn't very bad. And this is result of the first evening of my work. . Edited February 17, 2019 by zegeye
Rob G
Resin, resin everywhere... I trust that you've stocked up on CA glue. Looking great so far, long may it continue!
Basilisk
Nice progress. Yes there is indeed not much information on the trainer version. The small parts in this kit are not well defined, similar to the stuff in the Kora kit I intend to build. I wonder if you are not better off just using the fuselage and use a plastic kit for the rest. Cheers, Peter
Col.
Nice work within the cockpit there. A good bit of micro-engineering going on in there
zegeye
Interior is painted. Resin is not very clear. It shows that model has a few years until now.....
Col.
I've double-checked and confirmed that is a 72nd scale kit. Tidy work! Edited February 21, 2019 by Col.
Basilisk
Great effort for 1/72 scale and a resin build of it's age. Cheers, Peter
zegeye
OK. The end with caresses. Now the real modeling is started.... The two halves of main body doasn't fit perfectly... I had to fill some gaps... And I started cutting off some engine cover parts.... Although it is tricky... the first one gone without problems
JOCKNEY
Lovely neat work, I hope the engine cowling fits ok, they have a habit of being awkward if the two fuselage halves aren't as close together as they should be. Really enjoying following this one, . cheers Pat
zegeye
Nothing special here... and nothing that I wouldn't expected 😄 I have to use a lot of putty to fill some resine distortion on the bottom of mainframe. And the engine cover seems to be good enough. And it fits very well.
zegeye
There is a lot of putty before me, but I think some shape is comming.... (engine is dry fit for photo only)
Basilisk
The Claude does indeed start to look like an airplane! Looks like a lot of hard work went into this build to get it to that stage. I like to use super glue with some talcum powder mixed in as a filler. This works specially well on resin kit and it is much easier to scribe panel lines into than into putty as it has a similar hardness than the plastic and you can control it - more talcum powder max it softer, less makes it harder. zegeye
The putty is comming back. It needs some more polishing and correct line scribing. I started to glue undercarriage covers.

Basilisk
Maybe a small step, but I am sure that there is a lot of work hidden under the black primer! And all looks very tidy and precise Cheers, Peter
