Lord Riot
Taking one back to a more exciting time for plane spotters, particularly in East Anglia. Skylarks singing to the sunshine to break the silence over Honington after a couple of other Tornados did a touch and go; warm grass smell drifting over the fence, blue skies lighting up the apron. ZA407 sits between sorties as the RAF trains crews for its 10 operational Tornado squadrons.
Bedders
I like it a lot. Tornados look best in the wraparound scheme and this really does it justice.

RJ-WobblyHands
A very smart looking Tonka from the 80's , Lovely wrap around scheme. Reminds me of my youth and family holidays in Somerset, 'yomping' all over Exmoor being taught to map read by my uncle .... 'call in air support' against 'hostiles in that building over there' as Tonka's were flying through the valleys below us!
mackem01
Very nice Tornado, brings back memories for me too of a great 4-man spotting trip around the area - base camp near Thetford. Great days.
dashellis
That's a great finish from such a difficult looking kit. Have been following your WIP with interest, I keep picking up my kit of this from the stash and cowering and putting it back, you've made a great job of it Darren
chrislowe
That is a great job! You took a kit that looked like a challenge and produced a great result.

Lord Riot
Thanks for the comments chaps, really appreciated! It was quite a tough kit in places, the intake fit was poor, and the jet pipe nozzles, and the fuselage join needed some sanding, plus the wheel bays and airbrakes were empty so I added a few little bits, other than that apart from the markings she was oob. It'll be interesting to compare with the Italeri one when I get round to it.
