Hello Folks,

                  I was very sad to hear of the death of Wing Commander John 'Tim' Elkington last week, aged 98, especially as I was building a model of his Battle of Britain mount, named `The Jeep'and I would like to dedicate it to his memory;

This is my second Arma Hurricane and again I was very pleased with it,....... the dog house behind the pilot needed some plastic removing to allow the opened canopy part to fit better,....but apart from that everything went OK. It was brush painted using Polly Scale and Aeromaster acrylics and the decals come from DK Decals;

Oh yeah,.....the missus left a dirty box on my table and I had my hands full,.....didn`t realise about those bits (dry mud?) until after I had taken the picks!!

Cheers
