ME-110 Colors in North Africa?

I'm trying to get a sense of the most frequently seen camo schemes for Me-110s in the southern Mediterranean 1941-43. While I'm familiar with the overall brown/light blue 110s, most images seem to show a segmented camouflage on sides and uppersurfaces--in other words, regular European schemes with the addition of the white fuselage band. Would yall say these were more common than the RLM 79 over 78? And if so, were they more commonly RLM 04/71 or 74/75?

Bf 110s operating in the Mediterranean had a varied camouflage. Some were in RLM 70/71/65, others in RLM 74/75/76, and I've seen painting instructions for some in black. I think RLM 79/78 were used on Bf 110s operating in Northern Africa.

Citing your dates, I'd say the most common Mediterranean camouflage would have been 74/75/76.
