jenko
Another one of the bench. This is the KInetic 1/48 Harrier T4N. OOTB. The instructions say it is a T8; but it was later converted to T8 standards. Does what it says on the box. Recommended, an enjoyable build. Fills a gap in the FAA collection. Please feel free to comment etc. Thanks for looking Dick Edited January 25, 2019 by jenko
Alpha Delta 210
Excellent result on an elegant type. When were they repainted gloss black?
jenko
I think early 90's. Info on the T8 seems hard to find for the early years. There are others on here who would have a better idea. Dick Edited January 25, 2019 by jenko
Lord Riot
Looking good! I have this in my stash, to make a T.4 probably. Any issues with this kit?
jenko
Not shake and bake but no real problems. The decals were excellent and were very robust. Dick
Shar2
Definitely a T-4N, if 1985, T-8's didn't enter service till the SHAR F/A-2's arrived around 1993.
jenko
^^^^^^^ Dave; I was only going by what the destructions said. Now displayed as a T4N Thanks Dick Edited January 25, 2019 by jenko

kiwitrogg
No matter what designation it is, it's a nice build. I'm not sure if I've seen a T-bird in grey before. I need to get one. Cheers Gaz

stevehnz
Very nice. It's not my scale but definitely my kind of aeroplane & I do like what you've done with it. That is a cracking scheme for one of them. Steve.

As a matter of interest does the instrument panel have analogue instruments or a glass cockpit? That's the clincher on which type Kinetic think it is. jenko
Hi Dave, I think from what I can see that it's analogue. Kinetic are not noted for the finer details of accuracy . Dick
