I don't know whats more impressive, the hoofin` great box at the top or all the other little bags and boxes of goodies! All laid out in accordance with modeling law and forum etiquette! Excellent, i shall enjoy this!

Thanks for your comments Gents much appreciated. To start with her Hull has large Seams that need to be dealt with. Lots of Sanding to be done. More to come soon.....Cheers mark

Hull Mounted Ladder Rungs have also been sanded off for P/E Replacements.

As I am currently building the sistership I am specially interested in your way of doing this.

do you - by any chance - know if there is a resin set of blastbags for the 38cm and 15cm turrets?

Thanks for the comments Gents. Unfortunately I do not know anyone who makes A/M Blast Bags. Ok she is now mounted to her Base and now working out which Scheme to do her in. More to come soon.....Cheers Mark

I have started work on her Decks. The Moulded on Gun Cleaning Tubes have been sanded off to make way for some scrathbuilt ones and have started detailing her rather plain Bulkheads. Have sanded off the Bow Anchor Chains and added the Bull Rings missing from her Anchor Hawses. More to come soon.....Cheers mark

Her 15 and 5.9 inch Turrets have been built and detailed. Her Hull is now mounted on her display Base. More to come soon.....Cheers mark

Work has now commenced on her Bridge Area. To say there was little Detail is an understatement. Have added Brass and Resin to update and detail her Lower Bridge Area.  Have added P/E Bridge Strakes and Look out Positions. Also included are Ladders, Engine Room Vents and Railings. Resin includes Voice Pipes and Compass Repeaters. More to come soon.....Cheers mark
