you are definitely right...
in this build I honestly will not modify it.

 

Trumpeter has committed a series of superficiality on this kit ...
extraordinarily correct on the 144 scale model

Thanks for sharing. I have one of these in the stash and this thread will be a great reference to help me build mine when I get around to it as I was unaware of the issues with the nose.

hi guys,
some details of the flaps and wings ...

 

With a copper foil I shaped the internal part of the wing

I closed the side openings with plasticard...

 

always with the plasticard I redid the central reinforcements of the wings

found of toolshop store
they have both copper and brass sheets of various thicknesses.
I used the 0.3 mm of copper because it is more malleable

I will not correct the spine...

I tried to look, but at this point, with the fuselage already glued, it would be too invasive
but I will have fun when I build this:

new air intakes ...
replicated the pieces of the neo-omega, and placed in position

the difference with the kit is visible

checking with the drawings ... they are not correct
