Britman
Excellent news, and here`s hoping for a red square BEA A320/21 and a speedjack maybe. Red wings unlikely though I suspect. Keith
tomprobert
Be still my beating heart. That’s gorgeous! Good on BA for doing this - I love the retro schemes and this will look awesome on the 744.

Meatbox8
Great to hear. That BOAC scheme really is the mutz. I wish BA would bring back Speedbird as a matter of course. That wreath thing looks soooo dated. It always reminds me of those horrible outfits the stewardesses wore during the 1980s.
Britman
Negus? Didn't know the FERENGY had anything to do with it! Keith

Astel
The LANDOR scheme is my favourite BA livery, very elegant.

Out of curiosity, how did they come up with LANDOR for a name? stevehnz
I found this about the Landour scheme, fwiw, imho of course, I liked the previous scheme, rather than calling it bland as the article does, I thought it was clean, simple & fresh looking. it was also the scheme I flew to the UK via Perth & Bombay in early 1983 at the beginning of my second season driving tours around the continent.
