RMP2 Posted January 17, 2019 Share Posted January 17, 2019 Looking at doing RIAT this year as I suspect its the only "real Airshow" left these days. Taking the good lady along too as she has "a bit of a thing" for afterburner crackles... We are planning to make a long weekend of it and stay over for a few days. mackem01 Posted January 23, 2019 Share Posted January 23, 2019 Get there Thursday, you'll catch late arrivals and do the show on Saturday. If your up for it do the camping option it's great fun on Tangerine Fields and cutting out travelling it will extend your show time. Avoid hotels - they will take your eyes out (monetarily speaking).
