Kibar Posted January 13, 2019 Posted January 13, 2019 A new project - FW 190 W.Nr. 431007, flown by Heinz Bär. 7
Christer A Posted January 14, 2019 Posted January 14, 2019 That's a classic Wurger, with a great cockpit! Are Eduard up to the A-7:s for the new tool 190:s, or is it the "old" one?

Kibar Posted February 3, 2019 Author Posted February 3, 2019 Well, this was a tricky part to get right. A lot of small pats get together and form the complex structure. The kit is a joy and I'm looking forward to start painting it!
Kibar Posted February 10, 2019 Author Posted February 10, 2019 Ready for decals! There are some little imperfections here and and there but overall basic painting is done. 5
Kibar Posted February 11, 2019 Author Posted February 11, 2019 As expected, Eduard's decals are excellent! They react as they should to MicroSol. What a relief after my previous project Thank you Eduard! 3
Sturmovik Posted February 12, 2019 Posted February 12, 2019 Yes, Eduard decals are so thin that they don't need any setting solutions to sink into the panel lines. They're really sticky though, so you only have one chance to put them correctly. I was going to comment you didn't need to hide the Swastika, but I see you're from Germany, so it makes more sense. 1
Kibar Posted February 15, 2019 Author Posted February 15, 2019 BMW 801 D-2 and a little bit of dirt ))) 2
Kibar Posted February 16, 2019 Author Posted February 16, 2019 It's really a shame to hide BMW under the cowling 😞 Unfortunately I have to! Next time I build Würger I invest in some Eduard'd Brassin parts. Ans I'll take a "new" kit for sure, this one is needlessly complicated. I mean these complications do not effect the end result at all. 3
Kibar Posted February 21, 2019 Author Posted February 21, 2019 Well, I hope that next post will be in "Ready for inspection". Kit is not that difficult to assemble and the value is great. 99% out of the box build with the exception of cannons that I managed to broke. Very enjoyable, Eduard is the best! 1
Corsairfoxfouruncle Posted February 21, 2019 Posted February 21, 2019 That is a very good looking Focke-Wulf. 1
