PZL P.11g/I Kobuz - Azur 1/72

Recommended Posts

Very nice and shiny airplane. Excellent paint work.

One question I always have seeing similar airplanes - what was the reason to design monoplanes with high mounted wing? Did it help to increase lift with the airflow from the propeller? Or just an attempt to give pilot better view downwards?

Thank you.

It gives better view as a biplane (up and down), this was the reason for designer Pulawski 1929, when he designed the PZL P.1
