nionios_v
Hi everyone and happy new Year ! My latest completion . I used the Eduard set for the cockpit and some Montex Masks for the decals . The 'net' is freehand airbrushed and the rest just simple masking . Hope you like it !

Doc72
Very nice! I have always considered this one of the coolest mottling-styles on the Bf-109. You are good at free-hand airbrushing! What did you use for weathering (e.g. on the wings)?

nionios_v
Thanks guys ! I did the weathering with the airbrush , then a wash with dark brown and finally for the wings i used the same wash and a sponge to do the stains

72modeler
What the others have said- super job on the very unusual fuselage mottling. Colors are right on the money, too! Mike
Spitfire31
Nice '09! And that criss-crossing freehand camo is a work of art. Prop blades are usually not in need of fanciful "weathering", though. And, since you went to the trouble of drilling out the muzzles of the MG FF:s, perhaps a spot of dark grey paint on the forward end of the exhaust sheathing? It's supposed to hollow… 😉 Really good modelling overall! Kind regards, Joachim

As for the propeller weathering i think i got to excited and overdid it !
