podciech
Hello everyone. The set from which I made the model is: The model that the majority knows, only a few parts. In addition to the additions of Part I wanted to add something here and there, I have to collect the documentation. Jak-18 whose model I built comes from the 6th squadron of school planes in Ułęż, 1957. The first flight on the Yak-18 was made in 1946, the first serial came off the tape in Kharkov in 1947. Outside the borders of the USSR, Jaka in Poznań was shown for the first time in 1948. The squadrons in Dęblin arrived in 1950. Jaki-18 in Polish aviation served until the end of the 1950s Interestingly, planes in the colors of the DPRK took part in the Korean War and served there as light night bombers. Spitfire31
Excuse me for a sec' while I stoop to pick up my jaw from the floor… It's just an unbelievably fantastic model! Are you a watchmaker, by any chance? I can't recall having seen such magical transformation of a simple kit into a modeller's miniature work of art. Huge respect! PZL104
What an impressive example of a perfectly painted, weathered and detailed model! Are you sure that this isn't a 1/32 scale model?

stevehnz
Great job, I had to check the header to confirm the scale, was 1/72, half way down your photos, I'd started to think 1/48, in 1/72 that is incredible. Steve.
Kilroy1988
Excellent finish. Thanks for sharing. It's also neat to see the unfinished fuselage with the detailed interior... Shows where the build was heading!
