mathy
Hi all, here my first ready for inspection in 2019. Tamiya`s nice F-16CJ in 1:48. Add the Brassin nozzle and Brassin tyres. Further I used some Eduard PE`s and the Bullseye decalsheet BMA48005 to bulid 91-0403 of the 480th FS with al lot of mission markings. From this aircraft I took some photos about 2 years ago at Spangdahlem Air Base. Pictures showing off a very well worn F-16 in the Have-Glass paint sheme. Not so easy to paint this sheme on a model - but I did my best! The original..... ...and the model 54

Abandoned Project
Very nicely done. Love the weathering and the photos. My only comment is why no shots of the underside? Fabulous Falcon anyway.

sanfrandragon
Superb finish and great photography skills. The weathering looks just right and always nice to represent a real aircraft. Thats a lot of missions! PS what is the have-glass paint system?
whiskey
I love everything about the model and am extremely envious of your skills. Definitely not your regular F-16 as bthe mission markings give it character. I don't believe that's a Have Glass Viper however IIRC they have gold tinted canopies. Baldy
Beautiful F-16 Matthius. Really nice weathering and beautifully presented. How did you achieve the framework around the rear canopy area? Is the decal or paintwork? Cheers Malcolm

One more question - I guess that you take the pictures with scenic background outdoors? Or do you have suitable background prints? Filbert_Wang
That is simply astounding. Probably some of the best panel-line work I have ever seen, and love the reference to the real-life aircraft.

There is a 40x30cm picture in the backround. Here another example

Here another example Nice one Matthias - I will have to try that. I have spent a lot of time on many airbases all over Europe and the States but I never took the time to take pictures of the air base itself for backgrounds. 72modeler
That is one well-traveled Viper! Those Spangdahlem F-16's have seen a lot of action since Desert Storm. Best finish and weathering I have seen so far on an F-16 kit in any scale, Well done, sir! Mike
