At Sea
From the Hasegawa kit, with XtraDecal decals and Humbrol & Halfords rattle cans. Proper modelling additions were the Aeries seats & wheels, Eduard Zoom etch and some decals from the Eduard F-4C sheet for pylon stencils. Sidewinders from the Revell Tornado IDS. This was knocked together over the last few months as a Mojo restorer and it has worked! The grey on the wing tops appears dark, but looks better in daylight. Enjoy.

Spitfire31
Very good looking Phantom, judging from what can be seen from the thumbnails. 😉 Seriously, you should make your photos four times larger (referring to the area), so that we can enjoy your details and finish that much better! Kind regards, Joachim
Antti_K
Hello At Sea, that's a very nice looking Phantom🙂 Did you use kit stencils or are they from Xtradecal as well? Kind Regards, Antti

Kind Regards, Antti Thanks, the bulk of the stencils are from the Revell Phantom FGR.2 with some from the Eduard F-4C set for the pylons. The squadron markings and roundels are Xtradecal. Cheers. Antti_K
Hello At Sea, thank's for the information. I have a Hasegawa boxing with 111 Squadron markings. I bought several aftermarket decal sets to get door numbers and all that. Cheers, Antti
Retired Bob
Nice F4, from an ex dolphin F4 fixer. The best sheet of AM decals for RAFG Sqns is the AirDoc set in 1/72 and 1/48, all sqn markings, all periods all serial numbers, Brilliant, they should have it re-printed.
