There are so many interesting aircraft and markings choices that I can't decide which on I like the best. I hope your 2019 is as productive.

Very nice collection of models, J-W! I do like your tastes in aircraft/wars (SCW, Winter War, Continuation War). Happy New Year!

Best Regards,

Jason

One of the most eclectic collections seen on these pages.

For example, I didn't even know a 72 scale kit of the C-57 exists...!

All your builds are all nice & clean.

Jerzy, if I may add some 'constructive critizism',  your models would benefit from a more careful paint job - some of those color demarcations look a bit rough, in my opinion.

Having said that, it's a pleasure to look at your collected works from 2018, and I learn about aircraft I have never seen (or heard of) before!

Sincerely, with best greetings from Old Vienna,

Roman

Roman, thank you. Indeed, you are right!  I will. I think I have to buy stronger glasses, since many details of my painting I see not earlier then after posting the photos... :(.

All are my beloved children but  I am the most glad of Aero 101 from SCW. This was a a true challange and I was preparing myself from more then 10 years....

Thank you Jason. I think we like similar machines...

When I returned to modelleing in 1991 after about ten years break I had an idea to do as wide as possible or even complete collection of military airplanes of WWII,  (and civil if impossed to any military duties) but soon I changed it to whole decade 1935-45, preferable from conflicts excluding prototypes unless they were used in some actions like Polish PZL 46 Sum prototype for instance. The words "preferable from conflicts" means that  I am planning  doing some example of Swedish, Irish, Spanish, Swiss or Portugese machines from WWII, but usually I am chosing the scheme from country more active in WWII. In this case the most easier are Swedish, since there are machines lik SAABs not used by any other country.  There are some more rules I put to myself not to end up with 30 Sptfires... I changied it to this decade since I like so much SCW or Sino-Japanees war subjects.  Anyway it explains why my collection goes so much asides the typical mainstream types. Before it, in my early modelling years (~1968-82: from early school to university years )  I was doing any airplane without any rules - from Bloriot XI to Sr-71. But I realized that the life is too short to make any model you will wish to :)

Happy New Year!

 Cheers

J-W
