The bodywork is excellent, I really like the metallic shade and the shine is deep enough to drown in 🙂 And I like the base.

I think the aluminium parts of the engine need a brown or black wash to emphasise their corners and recesses, though.

That’s really nice, and a great idea for a display. As for the colour, call is metal flake or metallic, it’s still superb, great stuff AR918.

Yep, wot they said. Paint, assembly and display method all look good to me.

The engine is obviously representing a factory fresh example I take it?

Personally I'd do a thin dark silver wash into the recessed areas to give more depth.

But hey, it's your model and one to be proud of.
