As Drake122 says its been cancelled for release in China, for export only to Europe/USA etc. A few traders who have been taking pre orders, and had stopped, have had this confirmed and pre orders are back on. One question regarding the scheme on the box and the decal set - do these latest Ukraine schemes really have only a few technical stencils or another sheet from the original UB release will be provided as well?
