  • hard to come by Monogram kit, as Kinetic did not manage yet to release a very early Harrier single seater... fingers crossed they will soon! (GR.1, Gr.3 and AV-8A and AV-8S) 

 

  • Decals by Series Españolas, looking great, as usual!
  • Quickboost Stencel seat

Very smart.

Saw the Spanish Harriers in action in '89 while on HMS Active for NAVOCFORMED, they repeatedly played the enemy air, those Spanish lads certainly knew how to fly; twisty turny low & fast.

Was for sure impressive, although seeing Harriers has become difficult here since Britain retired theirs... :(

a Sea Harrier at an airshow was THE thing!!

It cannot be long before Kinetic develop and release a kit of the early generation Harrier family. They have done much of the work already with their FRS.1 and more recent T.2/4/8 T-Bird so I do not imagine it will be long before we see the AV-8A and GR.1/3 variants !.

 

Very nice rendition of the Monogram kit in the meantime, though.
