SNAFU
Here a build from a few years a go Higgins LCVP, USS Thurston AP-77 1944 Quick build OOB, airbrushed with Tamiya medium blue and dark grey. A lot of the LCVP were painted in the same colour as the Mother Ship. In this case it was medium blue, there are some colour pictures of LCVP from the USS Thurston on the internet.

Courageous
Yep, looks good and nicely weathered. As mentioned on your previous thread, these little gems need to be in a water scene, so may I suggest you learn a new skill Stuart

What Dennis said goes double for me, and I'm not a ship/boat modeler. I had no idea Airfix did this in kit form. Mike

robgizlu
Very nice build and finish - it's a crying shame that Airfix have withdrawn this - they are really hard to come by now Rob
Arjan
Very nice build indeed, any idea what figures you could use to enhance it ? I love WWII landing craft , I have been working on an rc conversion of a 1/35 LCM (3). Groet, Arjan

The molds returned to Heller and are still available under that brand on some web-sites.
