wally7506
Are there ANY pictures of 213 Sqn Hurricanes DURING the Battle of Britain??
JackG
If there are, they seem to be well hidden. I don't know if anything is in the current publication series Battle of Britain Combat Archives from WingLeader. I have the Dunkirk issue, and though there is a nice profile of a Hurricane P3354 from 213, it is captioned as being an artist's interpretation. regards, Jack
Seahawk
Red Kite's Hurricane Squadrons In Focus has a photo (p.56) claimed to be of a 213 Sq Hurricane at Biggin Hill on 3 June 1940. Unfortunately it is a ground shot from behind the rudder: artistic but no help for markings or ident.
