I know this is an old thread but Wings/Airpower had a great article on the 307 including the postwar changes, one of which was to remove the pressurization systems.  Peter Bowers 2 part article in September and October 1998, and one by Daniels in May 1972.

Come back in this old thread, because a hard work is waiting, the Maquette C-75.

 

I'm not sure with the windows on the fuselage.

I just did a search on boeing c-75 and saw a photo of one with four windows on the left side, https://ww2aircraft.net/forum/threads/c-75-boeing-307-stratoliner.26044/#lg=post-713081&slide=3

i noticed they are not the same style as the airliner version either. Not much but hopefully it helps.

I think that C-75 had two passanger campartments, the front one was without windows (for cargo or just to sleep) and the back one had four windows. The windows on left and right sides are different in 307! This is how I di in mine Maquette C 75
