Bell209
Phabulous finish and one of the best schemes the F-4 wore, IMHO.

Baldy
Great scheme! There are a few oddities here though if you don't mind me pointing them out as constructive comment - 153009 was a F-4B and should have the undergoes IRST, unbulged wing and thin tyres. I don't think VF-51 ever operated the J model. There is also something wrong with the outer wing sections which should be at 12.5 degrees - these look to be more like 40 degrees. If none of this is an issue to you - please disregard. Cheers Malcolm

Cheers Malcolm As a phellow Phantom phreak I spotted this too.....it’s a stunning finish admittedly, but the markings and outboard wing sections mess with my OCD heavily rgds Ben
Duncan B
The supersonic can opener markings look really great and I can understand why you would want to use them. I'm sure you know it'll never win any prizes for accuracy but it's a beautifully completed model and I'd be very happy with an end result like that if it was mine regardless of the accuracy. I guess the kit had options for the tail fin as you've fitted the correct one, if the under nose IR bulge is in the kit I'd fit that and trim the exhaust nozzles back a bit and then the casual modeller (i.e. non Phantom nerd like me) would have to look a lot harder to spot the difference.
