Hmm that reminds me. I was thinking of doing something Turkey related in view of the  day that's in it. A sort of Thanksgiving lite. Maybe a turkey breast, mash, gravy and stuffing. To brighten up an ordinary Thursday.

Now that sounds good! TBH we sometimes overdo it and wind up in a vortex of gluttony that pulls everyone into a state if mutually assured misery.

Add to that every family has someone who wants to add something exotic to the mix.... 😳

Sounds like Christmas in my house. As I do all the cooking l. I reined it in quite a bit in recent years. I don't like waste.

 

Anyway dinner is on, a nice piece of stuffed turkey breast, crispy garlic roast potatoes, very crispy. A bit of veg and some nice gravy. 

All very simple and smelling lovely.
