John Masters
The was another thoroughly enjoyable build. The research was fun; the interpretation was fun; the whole thing was fun. A typical KoPro/AZ Model kit, no surprises. My first Vokes filter and another bluish Spitfire from my bench. This makes a total of 10 Spitfires I have built in the past 18 months so, like a child who has eaten too much cake, I will put away the Spitfire A-Go-Go for a while and have a rest...build something else. I have a few ideas...perhaps something Japanese or Luftwaffen-ish...I don't do those very often. 😉 The build thread is here... Thanks to all for the support and see you in a tic! --John
Courageous
Great job there John and I hope that I'll turn out a Spitfire of Malta as good as that. Impressive that you've built and painted this in a week and reassures my 'better half' that it's possible to build my stash before I 'push up the daisies' So what's next? Buzby061
Looks good. I've got a Malta schemed Spit on my to-do list as well. But in 1/48, my peepers struggle with 1/72 now. Pete
