Wonder what "Platinum Edition" B1 -B means?😀. I did have one of the originals but, it never got built due to lack of space. Overall, not a bad selection. Is the Bell X-1 a reissue?

Is there 747 Jumbo prototype in 1:50?

Revell-05686-Boeing-747-100-50th-Anniver

Those are kilograms of plastic!  :)

The scale 1:50 is a bit bizzare to me. How many models one can get in this scale now on market?

1/144, the 50th refers to the prototype being 50 years old

That is better! Text was in German, I 've used google translator and apparenty I was guessing rather what is there...

Cheers

Not that nice then, I was hoping it would be a little cheaper than that being a Revell release

The last release's of this kit  Colin with the same boxart that is,I'm hearing £30-35 for this new issue which is a lot better on the wallet and good

value considering Hasegawa boxing's are touching £50+https://www.kingkit.co.uk/product/hasegawa-aircraft-1-48-p16-mcdonnell-douglas-phantom-fgr-mk2-raf

Pretty sure I read elsewhere on BM that the UK retail price £29.99?

A nice chance to get a kit of an original 747 classic to 1/144.  Shame the Airfix will not come back any time soon.

Is this a new kit of the first 747 or a reissue of one of the older kits?

Scalemates have it as the 2012 tooling with new parts, though that can’t  be correct give the fuselage differences between the 800 and earlier types, so guessing it is the original 1974 reissued

I've just pre ordered 3 Phantoms to add to the stash.  🙂

At current rates of exchange they are worth 1 of my Hi-Grade kits, and as said above, with better decals!

You've already said that on the Revell Phantom thread. Does that mean you've actually ordered SIX? :hmmm:
