Wow, a superb result in that small scale, you have done this wonderfully well, the rigging especially is amazingly well done. 👍

I wouldn't believe that's 700 scale without the lighter for scale.

In fact, I'm not convinced you haven't make a giant lighter model, or used forced perspective to trick us all.

Bravo. :worthy:

Simply brilliant. Can hardly believe this is 1/700 scale.

Brilliant workmanship!

The attention to detail is something else.

Well, well done Sir!

Hi,

Your build is phenomenal.  I agree with the others here.  If it weren't for the one picture with the lighter I would have assumed your model was much, much bigger.  Seeing how big the lighter was in comparison to the ship is really striking 😲

My word that lighter is enormous! 😉

I must get me some of them trained rigging spiders.

I think it's time we had a "gobsmacked" button. A simple "like" just doesn't seem adequate somehow.

I hope that is a Giant Fag Lighter as that work is unreal, I'm building a 1/48 Steam Freight and struggling with that!!

Thank you all for kind comments.

To their credit, Uschi's elastic rigging thread really made it a lot easier.
