Sgt.Squarehead
'Big-Bird' should be hitting the shelves next year: & the final part of your S-300/S-400 missile battery is now on the cards too: Modelcollect appear to believe that their rendering above represents 92N6E 'Tombstone' radar on a MAZ chassis.....Looks a hell of a lot more like a MZKT to me: MAZ Chassis: MZKT Chassis: I did raise this with them, but they are adamant it's a MAZ.....You decide!
Sgt.Squarehead
And yet more: http://www.modelcollect.com/german-patriot-3-missile-luncher http://www.modelcollect.com/man-kat-1-mobile-surveillance-radar It's a dangerous time to be a 1/72 fighter pilot!
Sgt.Squarehead
New tank transporter too (well the trailer at any rate): http://www.modelcollect.com/sovietrussian-army-maz-7410-with-chmzap-5247-semi-trailer Anyone know if this trailer (or the ChMZAP-9990) would be suitable for the forthcoming Takom 1/72 Maz 537? PS - A little bird tells me the Scud (UA72138) may become available 'Around December'.....Let's see what transpires.
Andy Moore
Nice to see them expanding the range, as long as they actually release them at some point. Andy
Sgt.Squarehead
Yeah, their record on that front is kinda patchy .....Hence my final comment. New profile for the 'Gravestone' radar.....They appear to have acknowledged that it's a MZKT as this is in that section of their site: http://www.modelcollect.com/russian-92n6e-gravestone-multimode-engagement-radar The rendering remains in the MAZ section, so it looks like we will (probably eventually) get both versions. badger
Ooh - scud would be cool. Rather like the transporter as well. Expensive time to be a braille scale modeller! All the best Ben
