Pelican
Hello Folks, This is the quite old Hasegawa kit but still a good one. I added an Aires cockpit, Tamiya Sidewinder and Hi Decals product. The flaps were simply cut from the wings and the forward flap part made in plastic card. The ladder is from scratch too. Hope you like it. Cheers Edited October 30, 2018 by Pelican 42

Orion
Hello pelican, Great build and finish, especially on this scale. I like the device on the right wing. Not seen much on models. Regards, Orion.
Pelican
Hello, Thank you for your kind comments. The red-orange device is an ACMI pod (Air Combat Maneuvering Instrumentation). I built it from a Sidewinder. Best Regards
Lord Riot
Very, very nice! Superb colour scheme. Good work on the ACMI pod too, interesting extra. I might have to do some US Navy stuff in 1/48 one day.

Avgas
Impressive! Would you mind telling me what paint you used for the lighter brown? I'm busy with an NSAWC F-16 and had to mix my own to get that shade but would rather use something strainght out of the bottle. Again, nicely done, looks great! kapam
Excellent build. The scratch-built boarding ladder adds a nice touch too.
Pelican
Hello, Thanks again for your comments. I am afraid I didn't do any WIP for this model. I started the kit in December 2017 then painted it few months ago, I didn't remember the paints I used for the light brown but it was a mixture of 3 or 4 Gunze paints (sand, red, a bit a yellow...). As far as I remember it was not easy to get the right colour. Regards
